IMPORTANT

  • Due to the limited capacity of accommodation outside the congress date it is necessary to book  the extension of stay by May 30, 2024 at the latest.

  • Congress package orders will be booked in the sequence of registration.

  • The reservation is conditional on the payment of the advance invoice.

  • Leader of the national delegation is free of charge for delegations over 10 participants.

Drinks are not included in the price and will be paid by participants on the spot.

Prices are calculated at the exchange rate of 1 EUR = 24.50 CZK. In case of a significant drop in the exchange rate, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Registration form

Dear friends,

registration will take place in two phases.

1. In the first phase, it is necessary to fill in the registration form with details of the contact person/head of the delegation, the number of delegation members and the number of individual participant packages, or requests to extend the stay.
Filled registration form is needed to send to e-mail info@ivsi.cz.
 
On the basis of these data, you will be issued a 1st advance invoice for the payment of 10% of the price of the ordered services, and after its payment the reservation will be confirmed.
This stage will be closed on
30.9.2024.

2. In the second phase, you will receive email with informations about your accommodation and a form to fill in the personal data of individual participants and additional services – catering, parking, transport, etc. Based on this data, you will be issued a 2nd advance invoice in the amount of 60% of the packages and services ordered.
This phase will be closed on
31.12.2024.

 
The last payment of 30% based on the final invoice must be paid no later than 20.02.2025.

Payments after the due date and any changes in orders will be processed individually in
accordance with the payment and cancellation conditions of the Dolni Morava resort.

Payments for individual consumption during the duration of the congress will be paid by the participants on an ongoing basis - the preferred method is cashless.
